Registration Express is a new service at Central Florida Regional Hospital that allows our patients to complete registration prior to their date of service.

Why pre-register? To save you time!   By obtaining your information in advance, the amount of time it takes to check-in is significantly reduced. Pre-registration allows us to verify your insurance coverage and clarify any special instructions that your physician may have. Avoid the wait; take the Registration Express.

How do I use Registration Express? There are several ways to take advantage of this new service.

Option 1 - Come in to the hospital to schedule your procedure. The scheduling office is located in the Business Office at the North Entrance to the hospital (Lake Monroe/17-92 side). You will need a photo ID, your insurance card and the prescription* from your doctor.

Option 2 - If your physician's office has already scheduled your procedure, you can call our Registration Express hotline at 888-894-2106.  You can also come in to our Scheduling Office any time between 8a.m. and 5p.m. You will need to bring a photo ID, your insurance card and the prescription* from your doctor.

Option 3 - You can also complete a Registration Express form and fax it to us along with the prescription* from your doctor to 877-847-9982. You will need to bring your photo ID, Insurance Card and the original prescription* from your physician on the day of your procedure.

*The prescription from your physician must be imprinted with his/her name and a valid phone number. It must contain the name of the procedure or test being performed as well as a valid diagnosis and the physician signature.

Frequently Asked Questions

If I am pre-registered, what happens on the day of my procedure?
On the day of your procedure, please come to the Outpatient Registration area located next to the hospital's Emergency Room. Directional signs on the hospital campus will direct you. Upon signing in, inform the clerk you have pre-registered through Registration Express. Our Registrar will then quickly confirm and complete your registration forms with you.

How far in advance can I pre-register for my test/procedure?
There is no time limit. You can pre-register as soon as your test/procedure has been scheduled.

Can I pre-register for any test?
Yes, you can pre-register for any outpatient test ordered by your physicians and available at Central Florida Regional Hospital. These may include: labs, x-rays, CT scans, Ultrasounds, or any other outpatient service.

Why do I have to give all of my information and sign all of the forms again when I just came in last week?
Your insurance company and government healthcare laws require that we obtain your signature and authorization each time you receive care at the hospital. By signing the forms, you are also giving us permission to bill your insurance on your behalf, preventing you from having to complete the billing yourself. It helps to ensure that your insurance provider is billed correctly and timely. 

What are the benefits of using Registration Express?
When you pre-register using Registration Express, we are able to obtain all necessary information in advance…saving you time! You avoid the wait while we contact your insurance company to verify your benefits…often a time-consuming process. In addition, we are able to obtain any necessary referrals or authorizations from your insurance company. Pre-registration also allows us to clarify any special instructions that your physician may have.

Registration Location
Registration is located on the South side of the hospital adjacent to the Emergency Room. The location features a larger lobby and "one-stop-registration" for all hospital services to make the registration process more customer friendly.

Patients needing to register for outpatient and inpatient services should park in the South parking lot...the one next to the Medical Office Building off of Hiqhway 46. For greater convenience, the hospital has added an additional golf cart trolley to transport patients to and from the parking lot.

Visitors are encouraged to use the hospital entrance on the North side adjacent to Lake Monroe and Highway 17-92.
