Rehabilitation Services

Helping patients restore their abilities and overcome disabilities through education and therapy is the primary goal of rehabilitation. With a physician’s order, the rehabilitation team, including physical, occupational and speech therapists, evaluates the patient and creates an individual treatment plan.

Outpatient therapy services are provided by our partner, Ability Health Services, at two convenient locations.  Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Massage Therapy, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Athletic Training, Work Conditioning and Medical Weight Loss Programs are available.
